golly, it seems like yesterday. and instead have passed months and months without posting any more. bah. in fact I have always been unreliable. such as watermelon. the look, the smell: it seems ripe to perfection, to hear the slap noise, and eventually troppo.o too little.

the fact is that the other night, the Griso Malgrate , I have found as desserrr (t) a fabulous watermelon granita with melon balls and cream inside a superdeliziosa pannosadolcecremosamaigrassa. to outline a very delicate and warm briosssina to dip.
a real pleasure from that thought Timidone (and very good) to Antonino Messina, 29, a chef at the Griso.
