l'appuntamento di punta di quel fine settimana in terra senese è stato l'incontro con le donne del vino del franciacorta, capeggiate dalla spumeggiante (passatemelo..) Pia Donata Berlucch i . E' l'amministratore e direttore dell'azienda agricola Fratelli Berlucchi che conta 70.000 ettari di vigneti a docg e doc a Borgonato di Crotefranca, nel cuore della Franciacorta. E' anche la presidente dell'associazione Donne del Vino che raccoglie più di 800 socie in tutta italia ( www.donnedelvino.it ) e raggruppa produttrici, ristoratrici, enotecarie, enologhe, somellier e giornaliste che in tutta italia promuovono la cultura del vino.

un concorso culinario ha decretato il miglior abbinamento fra le bollicine lombarde e i piatti al tartufo bianco senese. presidente di giuria quel gran simpaticone di igles corelli della locanda della Tamerice ( http://www.locandadellatamerice.com ) di ostellato, vicino a ferrara.
